Located on the second attic floor with exposed beams, the family room consists of a hallway, a private bathroom with a large shower, and two rooms: one double and one with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. Both rooms open onto a panoramic balcony set in the gable of the building ("montl" in the Sauris dialect), overlooking the Lateis valley. From here, seated comfortably, you can admire the beautiful colors of Lake Sauris and gaze upon Monte Bivera and Tiarfin. The double room’s furnishings come from a wealthy Carnic family, featuring hand-decorated wooden furniture, while the other room is furnished in the original "Carnic rustic" style.

The prices indicated are for B&B treatment, overnight stay with a good served buffet breakfast, rich in local and homemade products, both sweet and savoury.

Dinner

For our guests, dinners will be organized at Pa’ Krhaizar with an à la carte menu of simple dishes that recall the tradition of our places and seasonality. Each guest is however free to dine in other restaurants on site, this will allow you to get to know other foods and environments and we will always be happy to give some good advice.

Conditions

We inform you that all bedrooms, rooms of the structure as well as contact surfaces are regularly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized with a suitable disinfectant. In particular, mattress covers and pillow covers are regularly washed at a minimum temperature of 60° and sanitized with bleach. The cleaning and sanitization of linen and towels is guaranteed by the service of the supplier company regulated by the UNI EN ISO 14065 standard.

Struttura accogliente e curata sia nelle camere che negli ambienti comuni, la località di Lateis è forse meno "famosa" ma offre scorci splendidi! La struttura ha un ristorante con buoni piatti e buoni prezzi, ottima anche la colazione con varie proposte anche locali. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per organizzare attività per il nostro weekend.

 Trustindex verifica che la fonte originale della recensione sia Google. Scelto quasi per caso, ne siamo rimasti innamorati. Gestione famigliare, attenta e cordiale. Location tranquilla, l'ideale per svuotare la testa, godersi ritmi tranquilli  in un ambiente silenzioso e salutare il tutto con un panorama invidiabile. Buona base da dove poter partire per molte escursioni, ve ne sono per ogni esigenza. Ristorante ottimo così come la colazione. Si dorme benissimo, nessun rumore, silenzio! Super soddisfatti!!!

It is facing a street, but there is very limited traffic. We had a delicious plate of local specialties: cheese  ham, speck. We didn't stay for the night, so we're not sure about the rooms, but their picture look nice.
